The Uttar Pradesh Government has formally approved the New Noida Master Plan 2041 , paving the way for a large-scale urban expansion around Noida . As part of the plan, a budget of nearly ₹1,000 crore has been earmarked for land acquisition across 80 villages located in the districts of Bulandshahr and Gautam Buddha Nagar . The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by 2027 and will focus on expanding the Dadri Noida Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR) . Land surveys for the proposed city have already begun, marking a crucial step toward implementation. Why New Noida Is Being Developed Over the past two decades, Noida has evolved into a major residential, commercial, and industrial centre. With more than 95% of the city already developed , authorities are now shifting focus to planned expansion beyond existing boundaries.
