Property Document Check
Upload a property’s deeds and certificates and have them screened automatically by our partner CheckHouse Score. The screening reads and classifies each document and reports what it found; it is not legal advice and PropertyGeld does not verify or certify documents itself.
How it works
- Sign in to your PropertyGeld account.
- Enter the property address and your contact details, then add up to 9 files (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 8 MB each) with a document type for each.
- The files are sent securely to CheckHouse Score, which runs the automated screening.
- Your on-page result shows, per document, whether it was approved, needs review or was rejected by the screening, whether seals and signatures were detected, and any issues or notes.
- Optionally order a certified PDF report: a paid package sold and delivered by CheckHouse Score, paid through Razorpay, sent to your registered e-mail and mobile number.
The included screening covers one property; checking another property needs a new package. Automated screening — not legal advice.

Do I need an account?
Yes. The verification runs against your PropertyGeld account, so you are asked to sign in first.
What does it cost?
The on-page screening result for one property is included. A certified PDF report is a paid package sold and delivered by CheckHouse Score; the price is shown before you pay, and payment is processed by Razorpay for CheckHouse Score.
