AI Property Co-pilot
A chat assistant for PropertyGeld built on Google Gemini. Ask it in plain language and it answers from live PropertyGeld listings where the question is about properties, and from general knowledge otherwise.
What the co-pilot can do
- Search live listings by city, budget and buy or rent, and show the matching properties as cards that open the listing.
- For signed-in users: list your saved properties, your enquiries and your notifications.
- Answer general questions about buying, renting, listing a property or how PropertyGeld works.
What it does not do
- It does not read or screen documents, value properties, draft or send agreements, make payments, or give legal or financial advice.
- Each message is answered on its own; the co-pilot does not keep a conversation history.
- Answers are informational. Listing details come from the listings themselves; verify anything important with the lister.
