JDA is set to launch three housing schemes in key locations across Jaipur, collectively offering 850 residential plots. The schemes will be located in:

  • Mansharampura, Jhotwara
  • Kardhani, Bassi

  • The lottery draw for Atal Vihar took place on February 14, 2025.
  • The lottery for Govind Vihar was conducted on February 20, 2025.
  • The lottery for Patel Nagar is scheduled for today at 1:30 PM.

These schemes received an overwhelming response, with over 1,75,000 applications submitted for just 756 available plots. The huge demand for JDA plots has motivated the Jaipur Urban Development and Housing Department to introduce new housing initiatives for 2025.
