Jaipur Development Authority extends the application date for residential plans.

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has extended the deadline for submitting applications for two residential schemes Atal Vihar Yojana and Govind Yojana to February 7, 2025. The decision was taken after these residential designs got an extraordinary reaction, with a considerable number of applications submitted thus far. Read on for more information. According to JDA authorities, over one lakh applications have been submitted for the Atal Vihar Yojana and Govind Yojana. The most applicants were from the general category. The JDA is giving a total of 756 plots in three forthcoming residential complexes, including Patel Nagar. The deadline for applying for plots in Patel Nagar is February 13. According to the most recent data, 75,293 applications for plots have been received under the Govind Yojana. There were 47,066 general applicants and 10,414 government employee applications. The plan also received 8,847 applications from the ST category, 7,528 from the SC category, 95 from journalists, 26 from transgenders, and 1,317 from military personnel. For the Atal Vihar Yojana, 47,650 applications have been filed. The general category received 33,649 applications, while 6,372 were from government personnel. Furthermore, 1,809 applications came from the ST group, 3,556 from the SC category, 58 from journalists, 20 from transgender people, and 1,915 from military. The JDA has published the lottery draw dates for the schemes. The lottery for Govind Vihar will be drawn on February 20, while the lottery for Atal Vihar is planned for February 14. The lottery for Patel Nagar plots will be held on February 24.
