Bhumika Group plans ₹600 crore high-street mall project in Faridabad

Real estate developer Bhumika Group is set to make its debut in the NCR property market with a major commercial development in Faridabad. The company has announced plans to invest ₹600 crore over the next four years to develop a high-street retail project along Mathura Road in Sector 21, Faridabad . The project will be developed on a 5-acre land parcel through a joint venture with Amolik Group . Once completed, the development is expected to offer a saleable area of around 5.5 lakh square feet and generate an estimated revenue of nearly ₹1,000 crore . Funding for the project will be arranged through a mix of pre-sales, internal accruals, and institutional investments . While a significant portion of the retail space will be sold to investors and end users, Bhumika Group plans to retain select units for leasing , ensuring a steady rental income stream. The developer has also indicated plans to introduce a residential project in Faridabad at a later stage. Recently, Bhumika Group launched Urban Square Mall in Udaipur , which has achieved full occupancy . The mall houses several well-known national and international brands, including fashion retailers, lifestyle stores, food and beverage outlets, and caf s. The first phase , featuring over 85 brands , is already operational, while Phase 2 is expected to open soon, further strengthening the mall s retail footprint. With its upcoming Faridabad project, Bhumika Group aims to replicate the success of its Udaipur development and establish a strong presence in the NCR s fast-growing commercial real estate market.
