Eligibility Criteria

For Below Poverty Line (BPL) Applicants:

  • Must be an adult permanent resident of Haryana.
  • Annual family income below ₹1.8 lakh.
  • Applicant, spouse, or dependent children should not own property in any HSVP sector or licensed colony in Haryana.
  • Must be an Indian citizen.
  • Only one application per family.
  • Applicants with ancestral village property or shares in urban/rural property are eligible.
  • Reserved category applicants must be Haryana residents/domiciles.

For Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Applicants:

  • Annual family income up to ₹3 lakh.
  • EWS certificate issued via the SARAL portal is mandatory.
