Individual unit sizes range from 173 to 1,396 square feet. These properties are distributed on the ground, first, and second levels. Worli is one of Mumbai's most affluent neighborhoods, with many wealthy individuals owning homes there. The Shiv Sagar Building provides a direct view of the Arabian Sea and the Mumbai Coastal Road. According to property registration paperwork, the Kotak family paid stamp duty of almost Rs 12 crore and a registration fee of Rs 3.60 lakh. The Kotak family has made several large real estate purchases in the past. In 2018, they paid Rs 385 crore for a home on the Worli Sea Face. According to sources, the recently purchased apartments are in a building adjacent to the home.
