Overview of the Haryana Plot Holders Scheme The Haryana Plot Holders Scheme for Encashment Issue Resolution has been introduced under the Vivad Se Samadhan Yojana, 2024. It applies across 140 sectors and is designed to relieve over 5,000 applicants by offering a discount of Rs 550 crore on enhancement charges. This initiative allows plot holders to settle their outstanding enhancement dues at a reduced rate, helping them avoid legal complexities and financial burdens. Who is Eligible?
